Eva Car Mats strives to produce high quality car mats for you that meet your unique desires.
Although custom-made products may not be accepted for return under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, we still value your choice and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us. Therefore, please find below our returns policy.
Return period
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all our products, including customised products.
If, during this period, you decide that the product you have purchased is not suitable for you, you can return it to the seller by contacting the seller in advance and informing him of the return, as well as the reason for the return by email: info@evacarmats.com
Return conditions
The product you wish to return must be in its original packaging, unused, unsoiled, undamaged, undamaged, and must not have lost its original appearance. This means that all labels and stickers must be intact and still attached to the item. In addition, the item must not be folded, crushed or otherwise deformed. Only if these conditions are met will the product be accepted for return.
Shipping costs
The original shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. This means that if the item has a manufacturing defect or an error made by us, and this was the reason for you to return the item, we will also refund the original shipping costs
Refund process
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team during the specified return period and they will provide you with all the information. Also, we highly recommend that you keep the proof of postage. This can be a delivery receipt, tracking number or any other document that confirms that you have sent the item back to us, this will help to ensure a secure return process and you can check the progress of the parcel at any time. Confirmation of the return process
Once we have received the returned item and are satisfied that it meets all of the above requirements, we will refund your money within 2-3 working days. The money is refunded to the customer’s bank account (by bank transfer), which must be specified by email to the seller upon request.
Exceptions
There are certain scenarios where our refund policy does not apply. When the specified return period is exceeded or the item is damaged or missing parts. In these cases, no refund will be given.
