unique desires.
Although individually manufactured products may not be accepted for return according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, we still
we both appreciate your choice and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us.
Therefore, below we introduce the return policy.

Return Period
We provide a 14 day return period from the date of delivery on all our products,
including customized products.
If during this period you decide that the product you purchased is not suitable for you, you can return it to the seller with
after contacting him beforehand and informing him about the return, as well as stating the reason for the return

Return Rulers
The item you want to return must be in its original packaging, unused, undirty,
undamaged and undamaged, and may not lose its marketable appearance. This means that all

for return.

Shipping costs
Original shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to
manufacturing defect or error on our part. This means if the item has a manufacturing defect or we
we made a mistake and it was a reason to return the item to you, we will reimburse you for the original shipping
expenses

Return Process
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team
within the specified return period, they will provide you with all the details. Also, very
